UAP Old Mutual has launched an insurance cover targeted at easing the treatment burden for acute illness.

The cover, the firm says, will see it pay out Ksh.20 million to subscribing members for treatment locally or abroad.

UAP Old Mutual Group CEO Peter Mwangi says the deal will cover, among others, cancer, heart related diseases and transplants where necessary.
