Two accused of stealing Ksh.1M electricity materials in Gatundu North

Two contractors were arraigned at a Gatundu Law Court after being accused of stealing materials worth Ksh.1million for electricity connection.
Wickliff Otieno Odhiambo and Samuel Mwangi Kibe appeared before Senior Resident Magistrate Carolyn Makori on Tuesday.
The two were seized in Mataara Gatundu North by the public while trying to escape the scene after some members raised an alarm.
After appearing in court, they were released on cash bail of Ksh.500,000 or bond of Ksh.1,000,000 each.
The case is set for mention on March 1, 2019.
