Luxury watch retailer TimeVallée has entered the Kenyan market with the opening of a multi-brand boutique at GTC Mall in Westlands, Nairobi, in partnership with Art of Luxury.
The boutique, which occupies more than 300 square metres, will offer watches from 10 international luxury brands, including Cartier, Bvlgari, Hublot, TAG Heuer, IWC Schaffhausen, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Baume & Mercier, Panerai, Roger Dubuis and Zenith.
The opening marks TimeVallée's expansion into Kenya as it seeks to strengthen its presence across the Middle East, India, Africa and Turkey (MEIAT) region.
Located in Westlands, a major business and diplomatic district in Nairobi, the outlet features dedicated spaces showcasing the participating brands' collections, alongside a private lounge known as Le Salon, which offers customers a more personalised shopping experience.
TimeVallée Chief Executive Officer Hélène Maslin said the company was pleased to partner with Art of Luxury to introduce its retail concept to Kenya.
“We are thrilled to have partnered with Art of Luxury, a trusted partner who shares our vision of serving local clientele with more than a boutique, a watchmaking journey guided by a passionate sales team,” Maslin said.
Art of Luxury Director Mahesh Shahani said the partnership would expand the company's luxury offering and bring international watchmaking brands to Nairobi's consumers.
“Partnering with TimeVallée allows Art of Luxury to expand its luxury offering and to bring world-class horology to Nairobi’s vibrant community,” Shahani said.
The boutique's design incorporates TimeVallée's signature features, including a watchband-inspired marquee and golden tubes against champagne-coloured finishes. The layout combines contemporary design with elements intended to reflect the heritage and craftsmanship of the brands on display.
The opening follows TimeVallée's recent launches in Turkey, India and Egypt, as the retailer expands its international network.
The company said its entry into Kenya would allow customers to access its portfolio of luxury watch brands through a dedicated retail space offering personalised service and support for the timepieces.
