Stima Sacco has reduced charges on PesaLink transactions, a move set to make money transfers more affordable for its more than 250,000 members.

The Sacco said the decision forms part of its continued focus on innovation and the adoption of solutions that respond to the evolving needs of members, while enhancing convenience and choice in service delivery.

With an asset base of more than Ksh. 79 billion and a network of 12 branches, Stima Sacco continues to expand access to financial services through both physical and digital channels.

Under the new PesaLink tariff structure, members transferring Ksh.1,000 and below will pay zero transaction fees, while transfers above that amount will attract a flat charge of Ksh. 20.

The Sacco said the reduced tariffs are expected to make digital money transfers more accessible, while encouraging members to take advantage of convenient electronic payment channels.

The initiative also supports the Sacco's wider business strategy, strengthening digital transaction volumes and contributing to the growth of non-interest income.

As financial services continue shifting toward digital platforms, Stima Sacco said it remains committed to adopting solutions that deliver tangible value to members while supporting sustainable growth.

Members have been encouraged to take advantage of the new PesaLink tariffs to enjoy greater convenience, affordability and choice in their everyday transactions
