Dan Sikuta will be leaving Kabras RFC when his contract expires at the end of October, 2023.

Sikuta said they have come to an agreement with the club management that upon the expiry of his current contract, it will not be renewed.

“It has been a tough decision to make leaving the club that has been home to me for many years.  We have won together and lost together but still stuck together. I held a meeting with the club management and agreed that I will leave when my contract expires,” said Sikuta.

Sikuta has been at Kabras since 2016, and has won three Kenya Cup titles in 2016, 2022 and 2023.

“I am very proud for the titles we have won here, two Kenya Cup titles, the Sevens Circuit the Enterprise CuP.  All these we have earned through hard work from all the club stakeholders,” added Sikuta.

The Kabras captain is however not sure of his next home, but he has revealed he has offers already.

“A good number of clubs have showed interest in my services but I am not in a hurry to make the decision. I will take my time and find the best way forward,” the veteran captain told Citizen Digital.
