Audio By Vocalize
Speaking on She Means Business, Millie recounted an incident during campaigns in Homa Bay when the boat she was travelling in developed a problem and burst while on the water.
The legislator said the incident was frightening and suggested she did not believe the timing was entirely coincidental.
Millie also addressed perceptions about her political positioning, particularly the tag “fence sitter”.
She explained her approach to politics, saying she is not necessarily driven by the need to take sides simply because of political alliances or expectations.
The MP also spoke candidly about being childless, saying she has never allowed motherhood, or the absence of it, to define her worth.
The veteran legislator also weighed in on Linda Mwananchi's Edwin Sifuna's political future, dismissing suggestions that he could be a passing cloud in Kenyan politics.
