SBM Bank Kenya customers can now save 10% on selected aesthetic and wellness treatments at Dr. Stasch Clinic & MediSpa, under a new partnership aimed at expanding the benefits available to retail cardholders.

Eligible SBM cardholders who pay for qualifying services with their SBM cards will receive the 10% benefit on selected treatments at the specialist clinic.

The offer covers services including cosmetic dermatology, laser treatments, aesthetic medicine and IV wellness, giving SBM customers access to preferential rates on a range of aesthetic and wellness services.

The partnership is part of SBM Bank Kenya's broader effort to strengthen its customer value proposition through collaborations with providers in lifestyle and wellness.

“Our strategy starts with the customer. We are building a bank that understands the full picture of our customers' lives, and that means partnering with trusted names in areas that matter to them, from wellness to lifestyle. Every partnership we sign is guided by one question: does it make our customers' lives better?” SBM Bank Kenya CEO Bhartesh Shah said.

Shah said the arrangement would provide eligible cardholders with additional value when accessing services at the clinic.

“We are pleased to extend additional value to our customers through this partnership. Eligible SBM cardholders will now have preferential access to selected treatments and services at Dr. Stasch Clinic & MediSpa,” he said.

Dr. Stasch Clinic & MediSpa offers plastic and reconstructive surgery, dermatology, advanced aesthetic treatments and wellness therapies.

The clinic is led by ISAPS-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Tilman Stasch and combines specialist medical expertise, advanced technology and a consultation-led approach to aesthetic and wellness care.

Stasch said the partnership would extend the clinic's personalised approach to SBM customers while maintaining its focus on patient safety and appropriate treatment options.

“Our approach begins with understanding each patient's individual needs and guiding them towards treatment options that are appropriate for them. We are pleased to extend this experience to SBM customers while maintaining the personalized care and high standards that remain central to our practice,” he said.
