The Commission on Revenue Allocation (CRA) has announced the appointment of Roble Said Nuno as the new Commission Secretary and Chief Executive Officer following a competitive recruitment process.

In a statement dated May 14, 2026, the commission said the appointment followed a rigorous selection exercise conducted in line with applicable recruitment laws and procedures.

According to the commission, the recruitment process included psychometric assessments and oral interviews conducted at the Kenya School of Government, Lower Kabete, on May 14, 2026.

The commission noted that the process attracted highly qualified candidates and was undertaken in accordance with established recruitment guidelines.

CPA Roble Said Nuno is expected to steer the commission’s operations by leveraging his experience in public financial management and leadership.

“The Commission on Revenue Allocation is pleased to announce the appointment of CPA Roble Said Nuno as the new Commission Secretary/Chief Executive Officer,” the statement read in part.

The commission further stated that Nuno’s experience will support the institution in delivering on its constitutional mandate.

“The appointment follows a rigorous and competitive recruitment process conducted in line with applicable recruitment laws and procedures,” the statement added.

The commission also expressed appreciation to all candidates who participated in the recruitment process and reaffirmed its commitment to transparency, meritocracy and integrity in its hiring processes.
