The spirit of sportsmanship, talent, and competition was on full display as the Private and International Preparatory Schools Sports Association (PIPSSA) successfully hosted its highly anticipated Mini Games Festival at Bandari Maritime Academy and MSB Educational Institute in Mombasa.

The event brought together more than 2,000 athletes from 34 schools and clubs, making it one of the largest multi-sport gatherings on the school sports calendar.

Participants competed across a wide range of disciplines including swimming, soccer, skating, chess, archery, fencing, and taekwondo, showcasing both skill and determination.

Schools and clubs from across the region answered the call, with notable participants including Riara Spring School, Aga Khan Academy, Aveon School, Bambino School, Kiota School, Mudzini School, and Olivine School among many others.

From thrilling races in the swimming pool to intense battles on the chess boards, and from fast-paced soccer matches to impressive displays of precision in archery and fencing, the competition provided a platform for young athletes to test their abilities while building friendships and teamwork.

The successful staging of the Mini Games once again highlighted PIPSSA's commitment to nurturing talent and promoting holistic development through sport.

As the curtains came down on another memorable edition, athletes, coaches, and supporters left inspired, having witnessed the power of sports in bringing together young people from diverse backgrounds in pursuit of excellence.
