One dead after demolition site collapse in Kisumu’s Obunga

One person has died, and five others sustained injuries after a building they were demolishing collapsed in Obunga slums, Kisumu Central Sub-County.
The deceased was trapped beneath the collapsing structure, while the five other masons narrowly escaped with injuries.
The injured workers were rushed to Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital, where they are receiving medical attention.
