Oktobafest regional activations kick off in Nairobi, Eldoret this weekend

The highly anticipated Tusker Oktobafest regional activations are set to kick off this Saturday, October 19, with simultaneous celebrations happening at Enkare in Kitengela, Texas BBQ in Kikuyu, and Timber XO in Eldoret.

Each location will host top Kenyan musical acts, offering attendees an immersive cultural experience alongside their favorite Tusker beers.

Rhumba enthusiasts in Kitengela are in for a treat at Enkare, where the legendary Kenyan band Les Wanyika will take the stage, supported by TBM Band. The event will be hosted by Dee Presenter 001, with DJs Collo, Numz, and Kyra on the decks.

In Kikuyu, Texas BBQ will come alive with electrifying performances from Afropop star Nadia Mukami and Arbantone sensation Fathermoh. They’ll be joined by MC Mido, Gudahman, and a line-up of DJs, including DJ Gibbz Tha DaqChild, DJ Malaika and Dee Wiz.

Eldoret will experience high-energy performances from acclaimed rapper Khaligraph Jones and Afropop duo Vijana Barubaru. Festival goers will also be entertained by crowd favorites MC Nick The Trend, DJ Tibz, DJ Pierra Makena, and DJ Aleckie, promising an unforgettable night.

Christine Kariuki, Marketing Manager at Tusker, expressed excitement about the event saying: "We are kicking off our countrywide celebration of beer and culture starting this Mashujaa Day weekend with an amazing line-up and beer experience across our portfolio.
