A section of traders in Mutindwa market, Nairobi, are
counting losses running into millions of shillings after a fire razed their
businesses early Saturday morning.
The traders say
the fire broke out at around 9:30a.m. from one commercial building before
quickly spreading to adjacent premises.
Three fire engines
from the Nairobi City County government are still at the scene battling the
blaze to prevent it from spreading further.
