A section of traders in Mutindwa market, Nairobi, are counting losses running into millions of shillings after a fire razed their businesses early Saturday morning.

The traders say the fire broke out at around 9:30a.m. from one commercial building before quickly spreading to adjacent premises.

Three fire engines from the Nairobi City County government are still at the scene battling the blaze to prevent it from spreading further.
