Members of criminal gang 'Kapenguria six' arrested in Trans-Nzoia

Police officers in Trans-Nzoia county have arrested six members of a suspected gang named 'Kapenguria Six' linked to a string of robberies in Endebess area.
The six, Juma Wanjala, Samson Kapolon Ewoi, Thomas Esakon Lorongoi, Linus Wekesa Wasilwa, Moses Kisuya Wekesa, and Ezra Simiyu Nyongesa, have been wreaking havoc in Kaisheber, Nabeki, Cherubai, and surrounding areas.
The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) said a search conducted on them led to the recovery of a military jungle belt, a beret, and three pangas.
The six are currently in police custody, awaiting arraignment.
