According to a police report, the fatal shooting involved a licensed civilian firearm holder, identified as Paul Sena (53) and the victim, Mandela Nabala.

Sena, who was driving a Toyota Fortuner, reportedly got into a confrontation with Nabala, who was behind the wheel of a Subaru Forester.

In the heat of the altercation, Sena allegedly drew his Glock pistol and shot Nabala once in the chin.

“It was reported today by one Ambrose Lelesit, the proprietor of Mara Junction Night Club, that there was a shooting incident within the premises at the parking yard,” read the police report.
