Man found dead at employer’s gate in Embu

Shock has gripped Makengi village in Runyenjes, Embu County, after a 59-year-old man was found dead at the gate of his employer’s home.
The deceased was reportedly last seen heading home from a nearby drinking joint. The cause of death has not yet been established.
His wife, who traveled from Managia village, has identified the body.
Makengi Assistant Chief Silvano Mbogo confirmed the incident. He added that the body will be taken to Tenri Ena Funeral Home as investigations continue.
