A man was on Wednesday charged for allegedly presenting himself in court as a qualified lawyer.

Ralph Edward Nzwii Nguma was charged that on October 24, 2018, at the High Court in Mombasa, not being a person qualified as an advocate, he presented Liu Dong Sheng before the Registrar of the High Court.
