Kenya's top volleyball teams will battle for national supremacy this weekend as the 2025/26 Kenya Volleyball Federation (KVF) National League Finals take centre stage at Kasarani Indoor Arena.

With championship titles on the line, fans can expect three days of high-intensity action featuring some of the country's fiercest rivalries.

The 2025/26 Kenya Volleyball Federation (KVF) National League reaches its climax from Friday, 17 July to Sunday, 19 July at the Kasarani Indoor Arena in Nairobi.

The three-day championship will determine the men's and women's national champions, with four of Kenya's top clubs set to battle in best-of-three title series.

The women's final rekindles one of Kenyan volleyball's greatest rivalries as Kenya Pipeline take on Kenya Prisons.

The two sides have dominated the domestic game for years and boast some of the league's most powerful attackers, setting the stage for a fiercely contested battle of skill, power and tactical discipline.

Pipeline secured their place in the final after sweeping DCI 3-0 in the semi-finals, while Kenya Prisons edged KCB Bank 3-2 in a winner-takes-all third match to complete the line-up.

Game One will be played on Friday at 2.00pm, followed by Game Two on Saturday at 2.00pm. If required, the deciding third match will be played on Sunday at 2.00pm.

The men's final pits defending heavyweights Kenya Ports Authority (KPA) against the fast-rising Chema VC.

KPA booked their place in the final with a 3-1 series victory over Kenya Defence Forces (KDF), while debutants Chema produced the biggest upset of the playoffs by eliminating former champions Kenya Prisons in a decisive third match.

The dockers will rely on their experience and championship pedigree, but Chema head into the final brimming with confidence as they chase a historic maiden league title.

Game One is scheduled for Friday at 4.00pm, with Game Two on Saturday at 4.00pm. A deciding third match, if necessary, will be played on Sunday at 4.00pm.

Before the championship matches, attention will turn to the bronze-medal playoffs on Saturday morning.

KCB Bank will face DCI in the women's third-place playoff at 10.00am, before KDF take on Kenya Prisons in the men's bronze-medal match at 12.00pm.
