Kitui: Secondary school captain charged with sodomising 14-year-old boy

St. Charles Lwanga Secondary School captain has been arraigned in court over
allegations of sodomising a 14-year-old schoolmate.
A
sense of disbelief and surprise was evident in the Kitui-based institution when
the captain was arrested.
The
school boy was accused by a fellow student of allegedly sodomizing him
repeatedly within the mission school compound.
The
boy appeared before Justice Justine Asiago where he denied the charges and was given a
bond of Ksh.200,000 and a surety of the same amount.
The
case was set for mentioning on June 29, 2023.
