Kisumu Governor Nyong'o nominates ex-ICT PS Jerome Ochieng as Lands CEC

Kisumu Governor Prof. Anyang' Nyong'o has nominated former ICT Principal Secretary Jerome Ochieng' for appointment as the County Executive Committee Member (CECM) for Lands, Physical Planning and Urban Development.

This follows the sacking of Kennedy Hongo on April 19 this month in a mini reshuffle that also saw Maryline Agwa of the Water department relieved of her duties.

Mr. Ochieng' has over 20 years work experience in the field of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in public service.

He has previously served as ICT Manager with the Public Procurement Oversight Authority for 6 years.

He holds a Masters Degree in Information Engineering from the University of Ryukyus in Okinawa, Japan.
