The survey placed Rael Kasiwai of West Pokot second with 61 percent, while Pauline Lenguris of Samburu and Elsie Muhanda of Kakamega tied for third place with 60 percent each.
Welcoming the recognition, Maina said the accolade reflects the confidence the people of Kirinyaga have placed in her leadership.
"Receiving this award as the best-performing Woman Representative for the third consecutive year leaves me deeply humbled. It is a testament to the collective power of a community that believes in the leadership of its young people."
She also thanked Kirinyaga residents for their continued support.
"My heart overflows with gratitude to the great people of Kirinyaga County for allowing me to serve not only you, but our community and country at large. Thank you for your unwavering faith, your constructive feedback, and your enduring trust."
Meanwhile, Kirinyaga Senator Kamau Murango was ranked the country's best-performing senator in the latest Infotrak survey, continuing his strong performance in the poll.
Responding to the recognition, Murango expressed gratitude to the people of Kirinyaga for their continued confidence in his leadership.
"For the fourth consecutive time, I have been nominated as the Best Performing Senator in Kenya. I am deeply humbled by this recognition. My heartfelt gratitude goes to my family, my dedicated team, and above all, the great people of Kirinyaga for your unwavering trust, support, and confidence in my leadership. This nomination belongs to all of you," he said.
The survey ranked John Methu of Nyandarua County second among senators with an approval rating of 68 percent, followed by Joel Nyutu of Murang'a County with 65 percent. Samson Cherarkey of Nandi County placed fourth with 64 percent, while Aaron Cheruiyot of Kericho County rounded out the top five with 63 percent.
According to Infotrak, the 2026 performance rating was based on the views of 87,286 respondents drawn from all 47 counties, 290 constituencies and 1,450 wards across the country. The survey was conducted between January and May 2026, with respondents asked to rate the performance of their leaders on a scale of 1 to 10, where 1 represented very poor performance and 10 represented excellent performance.
