Global technology company Zoho has partnered with the Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KNCCI) in a bid to accelerate digital transformation among small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across Kenya.

The partnership, announced during the Zoholics Kenya 2026 annual user conference in Nairobi, will see eligible KNCCI members receive Ksh.65,000 in Zoho Wallet Credits, enabling them to access more than 60 cloud-based business applications designed to help businesses digitise operations across different departments.

Zoho said the collaboration is part of its broader investment in Kenya's business ecosystem through technology enablement, digital skills development and affordable business solutions tailored for entrepreneurs and growing enterprises.

"As we continue expanding our presence in East Africa, our focus remains on creating meaningful local impact through collaboration," said Premanand Velumani, Associate Director for Strategic Growth at Zoho MEA.

"The partnership represents a shared commitment to empowering SMEs by expanding access to technology, strengthening digital capabilities, and lowering barriers to business transformation," he added.

Zoho Kenya Country Head Veerakumar Natarajan said Kenya remains one of the company's fastest-growing markets as businesses increasingly adopt digital technologies to improve efficiency and competitiveness.

He noted that the growing adoption of artificial intelligence is pushing organisations towards unified digital platforms that support business growth and operational efficiency.

"Through this partnership, we are committed to helping Kenyan businesses accelerate their digital transformation journeys while strengthening the country's SME ecosystem," Natarajan said.

Under the agreement, Zoho will also provide KNCCI members with onboarding support, product training and enablement programmes to help businesses implement and maximise the value of its software solutions.

The two organisations will further collaborate on workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, marketing campaigns and educational programmes aimed at promoting digital adoption among SMEs and highlighting the role of technology in sustainable business growth.

KNCCI Nairobi Chairman Dr. James Mwaura welcomed the partnership, saying it would equip members with both technology and the skills needed to use it effectively.

"Through this partnership, our members will gain access not only to world-class business technology but also the training and support needed to successfully adopt and leverage these solutions," he said.

The announcement comes as Zoho reports strong growth in Kenya, with the company recording a 55 per cent increase in revenue driven by rising demand for unified business solutions and continued investment in local talent and strategic partnerships.

According to Zoho, its most widely used products in Kenya include Zoho One, Workplace, CRM Plus, CRM and Books, with the IT, financial services, manufacturing, insurance and telecommunications sectors leading adoption.
