Lorine K., recently named in the provisional Malkia Strikers squad, delivered a standout performance to earn the Most Valuable Player award.
Her commanding display was recognised with a trophy and a shopping voucher worth KSh 2,000, courtesy of the tournament’s partners and sponsors.
Kenya Prisons head coach Josp Barasa expressed satisfaction with the result and confidence in the team’s progress.
“I am happy we are progressing well. The focus is there, we still have matches to play, and I am hopeful the players will continue performing well,” Barasa said.
The victory strengthens Kenya Prisons’ position in the tournament as they continue their push towards the knockout stages.
