Kajiado Governor Ole Lenku fires Trade CEC as he nominates 7 new Chief Officers

In a statement issued on Thursday, the governor announced the nomination of Leah N. Marias to replace the outgoing CEC.
Ole Lenku however, did not state the reason behind firing of the CEC.
The county boss at the same time nominated seven other people for the position of Chief Officer.
The seven new COs include:
1. Julius Moipai- CO Public Health
2. Kintalel Kipapei Peloi- CO Investments, Enterprise Development
3. James Ngugi- CO Environment, Natural Resources & Climate Change
4. Peter Nzuki Ngao- CO Public Works & Energy
5. Julius Marao- CO Cooperative Development
6. Naomi Parinkoi- CO Administration
7. Wilson Taiyia Mweka- CO Youth and Sports
The names of the seven together with the nominated CEC are now set to be presented to the County Assembly for vetting.
