Kioni rubbished the call by Odinga to come up with a new formation, terming it a fresh con game meant to steer and offer a broad-based government life to 2027.
On Monday, at the peak of the Saba Saba protest in parts of the country, the former prime minister addressed the nation at a city hotel, pushing for the creation of a committee that will see Kenyans discuss how to forge a common front.
Former Ndaragwa MP likened the conclave push to the collapsed NADCO, adding it will yield less to Kenyans who are currently grappling with a lot at the helpless glare of the state.
"What is this intergenerational thing? Gen Zs are leading it, why are you forcing yourself to it? Exit, if you're old. Gen Z came to speak on behalf of all of us. The IEBC is in place and we should be preparing to send Ruto home," he stated.
At the same time, Kioni made a damning allegation that during the Saba Saba protest, the State unleashed prisoners and deployed them in regions that were critically opposed to the Kenya Kwanza regime to cause destruction and anarchy.
"Hii mambo ya Saba Saba, hao watu walitolewa prisons na wakaambiwa waende Mt Kenya region," Kioni noted.
Kioni noted that what was witnessed during last Monday's protest was a state-sponsored chaos to instill fear in Kenyans who are opposed to the Ruto-led regime.
He advised opposition leaders to remain steadfast and not to be divided if they hope to dislodge Ruto from power in 2027.
"It's clear to them all that Kenyans have rejected them. This chaos they are creating is meant to derail us from issue-based campaigns or create a crisis to a point where it becomes difficult to hold elections," he added.
