Infinix S2 PRO offers selfie lovers ultra-wide range with Weefie feature

Mobile phone brand Infinix has today unveiled its latest handset into the Kenyan market –the Infinix S2 PRO.

Launched exclusively online, this sleek 5.2 inch device is designed specifically for young, independent and camera loving Smartphone users. It the Smartphone industry’s first ever dual front cameras and an ultra-wide angle of 135° plus 8.0 megapixels for the front camera.

Dubbed the “Wefie Phone”, the the Infinix S2 PRO give users a significantly wider angle on the front-facing camera – a one of a kind feature that expands the range of a selfie, allowing one to effortlessly include friends or a wider shot of the background.

According to Cynthia Njiru, Infinix Digital Marketing, the latest addition will help consumers experience and transform from the selfie technology to, at the touch of a button, a new high quality era of Wefie.

“We are really excited to launch this device, especially since it is the first device in the market to have the Wefie feature. At Infinix, we are customer led in our product design, and with this product we are offering photo enthusiasts more features,” Ms Njiru said.

The phone will be available exclusively on Jumia for the first month, followed by an extended retail shop rollout, with the first 500 customers getting free smart covers.
