Huawei begins recruitment for 2024 Management Trainee Program

The recruitment drive, which ends on May 31, 2024 began with a workshop at the University of Nairobi on Monday.
Themed 'The Sky Is The Limit’, the 2024 program, aims at equipping university graduates with ICT skills and placing them in top jobs. They are offered employment opportunities at the end of the training period.
The flagship program identifies fresh talent in Universities offering them a chance to kick start careers in ICT related fields.
Since inception in 2018, 133 fresh graduates have been absorbed by Huawei Kenya through the program. The program provides a platform for students to learn the latest technologies, and exposes them to first-hand field experience which enhances their practical skills.
Prior to recruitment a series of campus presentation sessions aimed at introducing the program to students and providing application guidance are conducted in universities.
On May 24, 2024, a workshop will be held at the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) where students majoring in telco-related courses are targeted.
