How to access 2025 KCSE exam results

During the release of the results at AIC Chebisas High School in Eldoret, Education CS Migos Ogamba announced that 993,226 candidates who sat the 2025 KCSE exams can now access their results online through the Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) portal.
He confirmed that 270,715 candidates secured direct entry to university after scoring C+ and above.
A total of 507,131 scored C- and above compared to 476,889 during the previous 2024 KCSE exams.
Overall, 634,082 candidates scored D+ and above, compared to 605,774 in 2024.
The CS explained that the candidates were graded using the recently reviewed grading system by the Ministry.
"As has been the case since the 2023 KCSE examination, the 2025 KCSE examination results have been graded using the reviewed grading system in which the overall grade at the KCSE examination considers Mathematics, the best-performed language among English/Kiswahili/Kenyan Sign Language, and the best-performed five subjects," Ogamba stated.
