Royal Media Services FC extended their winning streak at the weekend thrashing their hosts Wazoefu FC 6-3 at the Gikambura stadium in Kiambu County.

The broadcasters scored three goals in each half through Newton Andika, Emmanuel Ochieng, and Kelvin Karanja while David Kyende bagged a brace.

The win came a week after they lifted the Sarah Ruto tournament staged at Nairobi Primary in Nairobi County.

The Stephen Maunda coached side is now preparing for another encounter on Saturday against Ireland FC at Karen grounds in Nairobi.

Ahead of the weekend showdown, team manager Mercy Kabaka said they are targeting another win as the she aims at building confidence in the youthful side.

“These friendly matches are like our training and they are of big importance to our working squad which makes it hard to conduct a full training.”

RMS FC are on a roll and are unbeaten in more than a month in different friendlies and tournaments they have taken part in.
