If you have been scrolling through social media recently, chances are you have encountered these sharp-suited, fast-talking, and utterly hilarious troupe known as Heha Movers.

Emerging from Kibera, with a background they jokingly claim dates back to the Kibaki administration, the group has captured the country’s imagination with a deadpan satire of corporate jargon, neighbourhood logistics and the everyday urban hustle.

Led by their self-proclaimed CEO, Waho, alongside his sharp-witted Human Resource Manager (HR) and Managing Director, Heha Movers presents itself as an ultra-versatile service.

While their core identity centres on relocation and transport, the group routinely rolls out an absurd roster of additional services with absolute seriousness like...

Micro-loans with a Twist: Offering credit schemes where securing a KSh1,000 loan somehow requires a KSh5,000 upfront deposit as "security."

Infrastructure and Auto Repair, claiming to set up local Wi-Fi networks, lay tiles, fit gypsum ceilings, fix plumbing and rebuild Volkswagen or Mercedes-Benz gearboxes on request.

They also claim to offer relationship mediation to resolve family conflicts and repair broken relationships, attributing domestic friction to poor diet choices and youth substance abuse.

When questioned about the lack of visible equipment in their "data room," the crew responds with street-smart confidence, insisting that genuine operations do not require visual proof.

They even boast an international footprint, claiming their logistics network extends as far as moving Zulu clients in South Africa.

When it comes to client security, they claim to demand access to full safe passwords before moving any high-value items—not to pry, they insist, but to verify contents and avoid liability.

True to their exclusive approach, they prefer working with one client at a time, avoiding crowds to maintain confidentiality.

A trademark feature of the Heha Movers is their collection of oversized, sharp-cut suits.

In typical comedic style, the duo claims their wardrobe consists of high-end European imports, attributing the tailored cuts to "German and British" origins sourced from local thrift hunts.

HR humorously values his suit at KSh 700,000-800,000 including transport, while CEO Waho estimates his at an astonishing KSh 1.6 million and says "Every night , I wake up, try on my suit in front of the mirror, and tell it: 'I will wear you later."

The group’s rapid rise on TikTok and YouTube has successfully converted online laughter into commercial appeal.

Heha Movers credits their behind-the-scenes mentor and manager, Big Fish, for guiding their growth, securing brand deals, and helping them monetize their creative work to support their families.

Behind the comedy lies a grounded message aimed directly at Kenya's youth about drug abuse through their platform to urge young people away from cheap liquor and drugs.

The group spoke to Citizen Digital from their Kibera base. Watch the full video.
