The Football Kenya Federation (FKF) will unveil its official partner as well as a new Technical Director.
Citizen Digital has established that Romania-born German national Andreas Spier is the new Football Kenya Federation (FKF) Technical Director.
Prior to the appointment, the 54 year-old worked as the Head Coach of Romania Under 19 national team from 2014 to April this year.
Spier is experienced in African football having worked as the head coach of Rwanda Senior Women team in 2008 before taking over at APR FC youth team and later on as the Intare FC coach.
In 2013, he was appointed Rwandese giants APR head coach before being dismissed unceremoniously in April 2014 following a five match ban for aggressively protesting a referee’s decision during a league match.
The new Technical Director will be taking over from Patrick Naggi, who served in the last FKF office headed by Sam Nyamweya.
