Four suspects arrested, 3860 litres of illicit brew seized in Kahawa West

Police in Kahawa West have arrested four suspects and seized 3,800 litres of Kangara and 60 litres of Chang'aa following a raid on Sunday.
According to the National Police Service (NPS), the four were flushed
out from their illegal brewing den in the Soweto area, and the detectives also
confiscated their brewing apparatus.
The four have since been detained at Kahawa West Police
Station awaiting arraignment.
While urging the public to continue supporting police
efforts in combating the menace, NPS has expressed its commitment to dismantling the
networks involved in the manufacture and distribution of illicit brews and
narcotic substances
