FKF taps Mildred Cheche to coach Junior Starlets

The Football Kenya Federation has named Mildred Cheche as
the new head coach of the U17 women’s national team, the Junior Starlets,
Former international Ann Aluoch will assist her.
The duo are CAF B license holders. Coach Mildred Cheche, in
addition to her new role, currently serves as the assistant coach for the
senior women’s national team, the Harambee Starlets, as well as the Rising
Starlets.
Ann Aluoch also currently holds the position of assistant
coach for the U15 women’s national team.
Coach Cheche and Coach Aluoch’s immediate tasks is to prepare
the team for the U17 2024 and the FIFA U17 World Cup second-round qualifiers.
The Junior Starlets are set to face DR Congo away on
February 4 and at home on February 11 2024.
