Farouk Kibet leads high-profile delegation to Mandera to drum up support for President Ruto

The political charm offensive in the Northern region underlines the administration's intensified efforts to consolidate grassroots backing across various parts of the country. 

Kibet, known for his instrumental role in political mobilization, was received warmly by local leadership, elders, and residents upon arrival.

Accompanying President Ruto’s key confidant on the tour was a diverse coalition of leaders representing different regions and political houses. 

Among the high-profile politicians in attendance were Isiolo Senator Fatuma Dullo, Likuyani Member of Parliament Innocent Mugabe, and Kibwezi West Member of Parliament Mwengi Mutuse.

The delegation also featured prominent lawmakers including Kisii County Woman Representative Donya Dorice, Nominated Senator Betty Montet, Marsabit Senator Mohamed Chute, along with Member of Parliament Feyzal and Member of Parliament Mulanya.

Addressing gathered crowds and local stakeholders, the entourage emphasized national unity, equitable distribution of resources, and the government’s ongoing development initiatives aimed at transforming marginalized regions. 

The leaders urged the electorate in Mandera to stand firmly behind President William Ruto's agenda to ensure continued development and political stability.
