Telecommunications provider Faiba has unveiled a new range of mobile services aimed at strengthening its position in Kenya’s competitive telecommunications market through more customer-focused and flexible offerings.

The new strategy, dubbed “Rahn Jipe,” is designed to enhance value, improve customer experience, and offer subscribers products tailored to different lifestyles and usage patterns.

Speaking during the launch in Nairobi, the company said the revamped approach seeks to simplify its product ecosystem while promoting long-term customer engagement through affordable and customizable plans.

“We are focused on building a simplified yet powerful product ecosystem that delivers real value, fits our customers’ lifestyles, rewards usage, and fosters long-term relationships,” said Cyrus Sang, Strategy Executive Director, Technology at Jamii Telecommunications,.

Faiba noted that the refreshed portfolio moves beyond traditional youth-oriented offerings by introducing services aimed at a broader customer base across different segments.

The new range includes flexible data bundles, integrated voice and data packages, call-focused plans, short-term unlimited internet options, and group-sharing bundles designed for families and small groups.

The company also introduced customizable bundle options, allowing subscribers greater control in tailoring services to their specific usage needs.

According to Faiba, the changes are part of a wider strategy to respond to shifting consumer expectations around affordability, convenience, and flexibility in mobile connectivity.

The announcement comes amid intensifying competition in Kenya’s telecommunications sector, where operators are increasingly rolling out innovative products to attract and retain subscribers.
