Machakos teacher charged with defiling 9yr old girl

A Machakos teacher has been charged with defiling a 9-year-old girl.
The suspect, David Ngumbau Daniel, 49, was arrested on Thursday after the incident was reported to the police.
He was arraigned on Friday at the Milimani Law Courts in Nairobi.
David Ngumbau allegedly defiled the girl who was his Class Four pupil.
According to a tweet by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI), the incident was said to have occurred between August 1 and 2 this year.
“The suspect-who was arrested yesterday-committed the act on August 1 and 2, 2018 at a school in Machakos County,”reads the tweet.
