Teklemichael was picked up on November 19 by people suspected to be police officers on Loitoktok Road. His car was left parked in the middle of the road.
In an interview with Citizen Digital on Wednesday, Ambassador Alem said that Kenyan authorities should give an account of their citizen adding that investigations have been dragging and should not have taken more than 2 months.
"We expect the Kenyan authorities to give us an account of our national. The investigations have taken long, three months is not short...we are concerned and this concerns of the mission of the embassy," he said.
Ambassador Alem further stated that they have had frequent talks with the Kenyan government on finding their citizen all of which have turned futile.
He has vowed that they shall be resilient in confronting the government until Teklemichael's whereabouts are known.
"We have approached the Kenyan authorities to give us an account of our national and the response from the reigning government is that we have to implore until investigations are complete," he posed.
"The past three months his family has been in distress and the bigger Ethiopian community is also in distress. On our side, we don't relent until the whereabouts are revealed. We'd want to see Samson back with his family."
Teklemichael, who deals in gas export business, is said to have called his wife moments after his kidnap.
His abductors, in an amateur video showing his kidnap, were seen taking him and bundling him into a waiting white Subaru Forester.
A search on the National Transport and Safety Authority portal shows the number plate belongs to a lorry, which is owned by a Kenyan and a local bank.
Efforts to trace Teklemichael have been futile with the family now seeking the intervention of top security officials to intervene in the matter.
