‘Do you wash your legs in the shower?’: Grooming poll lights up Twitter

A social media user has shaken up the streets of Twitter for close to a week now after asking a particularly interesting question about grooming.

Conor Arpwel took to Twitter to pose the question “Do you wash your legs when you take a shower?” to his over 6,000 followers and the responses were hilarious.

I can bet my entire life savings that, reading that question just now, you thought it was as simple as primary school Math.

Because, presumably, people wash every part of their bodies – including their legs and feet and armpits – while taking a shower, right? Wrong!

According to Arpwel’s poll, at least 20% of people out of the over 800,000 that voted do not see the need to wash their legs in the shower; that’s over 150,000 human beings.

According to one such voter: “Don’t legs wash themselves from the soap off the upper body?”

Another even quipped in saying, “You don’t need to scrub yourself head to toe. It’s a waste of time and it’s bad for your skin.”

Rarely. The hot water with soap seems to run down them anyway. Leg skin is in great condition. People forget we survived thousands of years without detergent like washes.

Exactly if you’re showering the soapy water falls down your legs , men have hairy legs that sweat more because of it and hold on to the sweat. If you have shaven legs I don’t see why it’s necessary
