CPF Financial Services attains ISO certification for business continuity management

Following a detailed assessment against the ISO 22301:2019 standard for business continuity best practices, Certitrust has recommended CPF for certification. 

With the ISO 22301:2019 certification, CPF aims to enhance its resilience and reduce the potential impact of disruptions on its operations and reputation, thereby boosting stakeholder confidence.

The standard provides a structured approach to business continuity management, enabling organizations to identify critical processes, develop response plans, and implement controls to mitigate risks and minimize downtime.

Currently, 137 companies in Africa are certified to ISO 22301. The leading countries include Nigeria with 62 certifications, Egypt with 15, South Africa with 15, Senegal with 10, Ghana with 9, Kenya with 7, Tanzania with 2, and Rwanda with 2.

CPF's certification ranks it among the elite companies in Kenya to achieve this distinction.
