Bandari FC
head coach Andre Casa Mbungo has tipped his hat to Posta Rangers saying they
outshone them in all departments as they succumb to their first loss of the
season.
"It
was just not our day because we could neither create chances nor even control
the ball," explained Mbungo on their 0-2 loss.
Eliud
Lukewarm and Victor Ndinya goals were enough to help Posta collect maximum
points from the Dockers who were leading the league after match round two.
Bandari
missed the service of their Ugandan forward William Wadri who has been
instrumemtal in the third half but Mbungo said that should not act as an excuse
for not scoring goals.
Wadri was
injured in their last game against Bidco United in Thika where he scored a goal
in a 3-2 win.
"I
can't say Wadri is the reason why we loss or we didn't score but we have to sit
down and analyse our game before weekend."
Bandari are
now preparing for wounded AFC Leopards on Sunday before welcoming Wazito next
week in their third home match consecutively.
Ulinzi
Stars are leading the log with 7 points with Posta Rangers, Kakamega Homeboyz
and Bandari in position 2, 3 and 4 respectively with 6 points.
