2 feared dead, several trapped in Kimende landslide

Two people are feared dead while several others are feared trapped following a landslide in the Kimende area of Kiambu county, the Kenya Red Cross said in a statement on Tuesday.
According to reports, the landslide occurred in the Matathia area of Lari constituency, following heavy rains in recent weeks.
The Kenya Red Cross said it had dispatched an action team shortly after learning of the incident.
