13 people killed in accident at Migaa on Nakuru - Eldoret Highway

Thirteen people died on Friday morning in Migaa, Salgaa, Nakuru County, in a road accident involving a matatu and a truck on the Eldoret-Nakuru Highway.
The truck driver reportedly lost control of the vehicle due to brake failure, ramming into the rear of the 11-seater matatu operated by Kitale Shuttle. Both vehicles were headed in the Nakuru direction.
Molo Sub-County Police Commander Timon Odingo confirmed that all passengers in the matatu, along with the truck driver and conductor, died on the spot.
The bodies of the victims were taken to the Molo Sub-County morgue.
