The group said locals have been barely surviving with the lack of clean water, dispensaries and security lights, forcing traders to close shop early to avoid being attacked by goons.
"We have been to the Kenya Power offices more than 50 times, asking for residents to be connected to electricity, but no action has been taken. We are tired of suffering," one local said.
"Critical services cannot function without electricity and water."
The group said the lack of electricity has affected learning as students are unable to do their homework when darkness falls.
The locals said they will take unspecified action if the county and power supplier did not attend to their demands, adding that they pay taxes and it is their right to receive services.
