County Health CEC Julias Nyerere confirmed that 8 people were presented at the referral

hospital and 3 of them were found to be infected with cholera.

“Those who are infected are isolated in the hospital and we are doing contact tracing as well. I am calling the generalpublic to maintain hygiene and clean their hands properly before eating anything,” he said.
