Lipa Later Group recognised as one of Africa's fastest-growing fintech companies

The company has secured the 16th spot in the prestigious Financial Times annual ranking, underscoring the resilience and innovation of Kenya's fintech landscape.
In its second year, the Financial Times/Statista 2023 annual ranking evaluates businesses from diverse sectors, including fintech, renewable energy, healthcare, commodities, and agriculture.
Kenya, renowned for its vibrant fintech ecosystem, showcased its strength in the ranking, with eight fintech companies making it to the top 50.
Lipa Later has effectively capitalized on the accelerated digital transformation brought about by the pandemic to empower consumers by providing financial solutions and an alternative payment option.
Expressing his delight about the recognition, Eric Muli, the Founder and Group CEO of Lipa Later, said, "We are thrilled to be recognized by the Financial Times as one of Africa's fastest-growing fintech companies.
