South Coast Pirates have officially parted ways with their head coach Kevin Amiani.

In a statement on their official social media handles, the Kwale-based side said they had gone separate ways with their head coach and that he wasn’t allowed to transact any business on behalf of the club.

“South Coast Pirates Rugby Club wishes to inform our supporters, partners, and the general public that we have officially parted ways with Coach Kevin Amiani.

Coach Amiani will no longer be involved in any capacity with the club and is not authorized to transact or represent South Coast Pirates RFC in any official matters going forward.”

Amiani won the 2023/2024 KRU Championship title helping the side to secure their first ever Kenya Cup Promotion.

Pirates were however relegated after just one season in the league and will be playing in the second tier next season.

The club thanked the coach for his services while adding “we wish him well in his future endeavors.”

Eyes will be on who Pirates pick as head coach as they chase automatic promotion back to the Kenya Cup.
