MOFA targets maximum points against Fortune Sacco in NSL clash
MOFA heads into the fixture on the back of an awarded victory after SS Assad failed to show up for their previous match, earning them three free points from the Football Kenya Federation (FKF).
Head coach Alfred Chole expressed confidence in his squad, assuring fans of a strong performance.
"We are in a good position to secure maximum points against Fortune Sacco. The boys are highly motivated, especially after our last fixture. To our supporters, I assure you we will give our best and aim for all three points," Chole told Citizen Digital.
Acknowledging the strength of their opponents, Chole remained optimistic.
"Fortune Sacco is a tough side that I know well, but I have faith in my squad. We are prepared and capable of getting a positive result," he added.
MOFA, currently sixth in the standings with 29 points, will travel to Kirinyaga County to take on third-placed Fortune Sacco, who sit on 31 points. The match is set for Sunday at 3:00 PM at Kianyaga Stadium.
