The students will begin their assignment against the bankers on Saturday before facing the self-sponsored side Storms on Sunday at the Nyayo Gymnasium, Nairobi.
“It will be a very difficult game for us, I am sure, this week; Equity has been working extra hard for us even though they don’t take us for granted, especially after losing last weekend against Strathmore Swords.
We have a game plan and hope the plan will go through, and we will try to make the game as competitive as possible to get a win,” Kalman said.
In their second game on Sunday against Storms, Kalman says it will be a tough match as it will be a relegation battle, with both teams doing everything to make sure they are not relegated at the end of the season.
“I am sure they will come and give their best against us, they are an experienced team with some players who have been playing there long enough, and even some have played for me at a certain point. It will be a very interesting match, young against veterans but we hope for a good game,” Kalman added.
Nevertheless, the soft-spoken tactician is hopeful of double victory as he plans to use his tricks and game plan.
“We will try to do more transitions since most of them are very big teams in terms of body size and experience. We will try to see if we can rebound well and play well in transition,” Kalman said.
