The Kasarani Indoor Arena was electric on Sunday as Day 4 of the Kenya Volleyball Federation (KVF) Men's National League produced several pivotal results that have cranked up the heat in the 2025/2026 title race.

Prisons Nairobi edged Eldoret Water 3-2 in a five-set thriller (25-20, 20-25, 25-16, 27-29, 16-14), showing grit to clinch the early morning encounter.

Kenya Army then delivered a major upset, ending league leaders Kenya Prisons' unbeaten run with a commanding 3-0 victory (25-19, 25-21, 25-23). Tactical discipline and sharp finishing sent a clear message to the rest of the field.

Second-placed Kenya Ports Authority (KPA) kept their title challenge alive with a dominant 3-0 sweep over Prisons Western (25-12, 25-17, 25-16), their serving and defence proving decisive. In the afternoon clash.

Chema Volleyball staged a superb comeback to beat Prisons Rift Valley 3-1 (27-29, 25-19, 25-16, 25-18), recovering from a tight first set to take control and claim the points.

With Kenya Prisons now tasting defeat and KPA maintaining their push, the top of the standings is tighter than ever. The league remains fiercely competitive, and the battle for supremacy at Kasarani promises more drama in the coming weeks.
