Kajiado FC raids MCF to extend their winning ways
In the match, it was the visitors who broke the deadlock in the 32nd minute when Eric Muchubu managed to convert a penalty kick into the back of the net. The penalty was awarded after Kajiado FC’s stopper Elvis Shamala pulled down the MCF FC striker at the dangerous spot.
MCF’s lead lasted only for 10 minutes before Abubakar Wangai came across a re-bound from MCF’s goalkeeper, and quickly sent the ball at the back of the net to level the scores before the halftime of the stoppage time.
After the break, Abubakar scored his second goal of the match in the 57th minute after managing to pass through a well-ringed MCF defense and release a heavy shot to help his side collect all the 3 points at home.
Kajiado FC’s win comes a few days after getting another win against Darajani Gogo in a match that was played last Sunday in Nairobi.
The Kajiado-based team will now face Murang’a Seal in their next assignment.
