David De Gea’s house for sale amidst Real Madrid speculation

Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea’s house is up for sale amidst expectations that he is now on the brink of a move to Spanish side Real Madrid.
The six-bedroom house rented by De Gea has been put up for sale by its owner. It features a sauna, steam room, a games room, a gym and a home cinema.
The spectacular property is available for £2.75m. It is split over four floors and is situated in Bowdon within easy access of United’s Carrington training base and Old Trafford.
De Gea is yet to sign a £200,000-a-week contract at Old Trafford and, with his existing deal due to expire next season, United would not want to lose him on a free transfer.
Louis Van Gal is keen on a direct swap for Real Madrid’s defender Sergio Ramos with De Gea. However there are reports suggesting that besides De Gea, Real ‘s president Florentino Perez is also demanding up to £40m for Ramos.
On the contrary, former Manchester United right back Gary Neville has warned the club against offering goalkeeper David De Gea plus a huge amount of money to Real Madrid, so as to secure Sergio Ramos from the Spanish side.
The Old Trafford legend says he has nothing against Ramos but claims what Real Madrid is demanding from Manchester United is way overboard.
Pundits supporting the move claim Ramos would bring great talent and experience to Old Trafford. Since his debut for Real Madrid in 2005, Ramos has won every major honour with the club. He has won three La Liga titles, two Copa del Reys and one Champions League title
However Real Madrid have rejected Manchester United’s initial £32m offer for Sergio Ramos. The defender is anxious to leave and wants his future to be resolved within the next two weeks before Real Madrid embark on their pre-season tour.
